IN OUR ONLINE SCHOOL
You get access to a course consisting of video materials, text memos, instructions, and educational lectures.

You can study the theory independently from anywhere in the world. This means your trip to Egypt can be devoted entirely to practicing skills and actual freediving.

You can ask questions to our instructors and receive personalized assistance.
THEORY STUDY
-1-
TEST AND CERTIFICATION
After completing the theory, you gain access to an official AIDA international system test, which is conducted on their website.

Results are recorded, and the certificate is issued after successful completion of practical training and meeting the required standards.

This certificate validates your skills and complies with international standards, opening new opportunities in the freediving world.
Practical skills training takes place in Egypt, in Sharm el-Sheikh.

You can start practical training at any time within a year after completing the online course, during your trip to Egypt.

Pool requirements are completed in a 50-meter outdoor Olympic pool.

Depth requirements are performed in the sea, at a freediving buoy, accompanied by an experienced instructor.
